Pluspunten

The people are the best reason to work at All-Mode. There is constant communication between departments and employees. The management is easy to work with and respects the employees. All-Mode has an impeccable customer service record, and product service reputation. All-Mode understands the importance of strong relationships with customers, and is extremely committed to strenghtening these relationships. All-Mode is at the forefront of providing IP telephony solutions. The company has installed thousands of IP phones, and continues to be an area leader in this technology. All-Mode values its employees and does provide good benefits.

Minpunten

Currently the installation and service departments are understaffed which makes more work for other employees. While the company is great at providing updated technicial training, there is not a clear detailed plan for company advancement.

The company offers a very knowledgeable and experienced Technical and Sales staff. It’s a small company. They are flexible with vacations and time off. Owners of the company know the legacy products very well, and have been in the industry for over 30 years. They offer partnerships with some of the industry’s leading manufacturers.

Minpunten

Salary is very low compared to what other companies in the area or industry are paying. Little documentation exists with regards to procedures at the company. Training is self directed, and no formal training or development plans exist. There are little or no interactions between employees. Lack of communications between departments, and between management and the employees. Sales Representatives often have to compete with their own management for commissions, and customers/prospects account ownership. The tools provided to the staff are very limited, and very antiquated. Company ownership does not believe in marketing and feels the only thing required to build business is “word of mouth”.
