The co-workers were really friendly as well as helpful.

Not being able to finish certain work orders, due to not having the parts because of back orders.

Small company so still a positive to make changes fast if needed. Good benefits and decent pay, great if you like to be on the road and travel.

Leadership and management could be improved a lot. Inexperienced or new techs have to rely on calling retired or former field techs when in the field and come across an unfamiliar issue. Poor/nonexistent training program leaves new techs high and dry and causes you to either look bad or spend a lot of time in the field calling the shop techs that no longer do field work. Tech manuals are non existent and techs have to rely on difficult to navigate engineering manuals. Poor management decisions to hire new people only to later lay off 10 employees a couple months later due to financial issues that should have been forseable.
