Empowered engineering team - the engineering team can make product decisions and truly drive the product forward - this is so refreshing Engineering management and leadership - new leadership actually listens and cares about career growth, how AI is used, and wants the team to grow. There’s also direction from eng leadership in a way that is not prescriptive, mostly empowering. Lastly it has been great to be able to move fast and not spend days debating.

Right now the culture is changing and becoming more agile. The pace of the work is fast moving, can lead to feeling tiring and a bit chaotic.
