- frequent targetting, discouragement of people who are working better than rest of the team - worst level office politics - probably a century old technologies which will not help you anywhere to grow your carrier - they were not able to provide satisfactory working basic things like IDE and other stuff for any of the employee - I was the 18 th person resigning within a year from team having capacity of 12 people
