The memories of my time working at this company were tinged with a sense of bitterness and regret. It was a wild ride, to say the least, with unpredictable challenges cropping up at every turn. But what made it even more demotivating was the presence of an unproductive manager who seemed to have no interest in helping us achieve our goals. Instead of being a source of support and guidance, the manager's lack of engagement had an adverse effect on the team's morale and productivity.
