Upper management only cares about numbers with no context. They love to preach about Family, Integrity, Honor and Respect but don't practice any of it. They will lie through their teeth to get employees to accept job offers. The branch has multiple cases of favoritism, fraternization and nepotism. They have no spine and will let clients walk all over them. Which only effects the actual onsite employees. Upper management will always use the onsite staff as scapegoats for all issues and will never step up or bother to actually investigate accusations from clients. They don't care about their employees at any level only about their profit margins and kepping the clients happy. No work life balance, they will work you to the bone and when you ask for a break chastise/ridicule you for it.
