Downtown office - great location Great product with a lot of benefits for marketers True start up - you will learn to work at speed across all levels of the business.

Minpunten

Too many changes Allocadia, to Brandmaker, to Uptempo - causing confusion in market Old guard is basically gone, with it a lot of the positive culture Issues with compensation package - what was promised and in writing was not delivered. Little marketing support with leads - you will need to be a true hunter to win in this company.

If you've worked in SaaS (particularly MarTech) before you know that there are a ton of faulty products and vaporware out there. Allocadia is not that - the product is incredibly solid, solves a huge pain for marketers, and customers LOVE the product and the company. People here are absolutely decent human beings. Any time you're at a small and growing company there are challenges and pains, but to work with people who mean well and care about each other is important. The quality of customers at Allocadia are amazing brands like Microsoft, GE Digital, Charles Schwab and more are all customer. But the actual people who are clients are also super smart and hard working. Its incredibly rewarding to help these types of people.

Minpunten

Startups and earlier stage companies always have their bumps and issues. Whether its a bad quarter or mis-hire these things unfortunately happen at all companies this size. It's about taking these issues in stride, learning and moving forward. You have to be somewhat prepared for that.
