A lot of good people and leaders. Decent salary and benefits. Ability to work remote.

Minpunten

Toxic culture throughout the organization, a great deal coming from leadership. No regard for the well being of employees. A lot of turnover and continuous reorganization. Pushing to meet goals regardless of the cost.

Local office had great support from my EA and coworker.

Minpunten

Systems constantly changing, poor IT support, state regulations constantly changing. No benefits in local offices and our rates are too high to compete.
