People will always be willing to set up networking calls and share advice about their experiences. Many intern positions are remote and they send you a monitor and keyboard that you get to keep after your time. Depending on your field, teams can often be older.
Minpunten
Not many. It can be a bit slow paced, but it’s a large org. So there are many checks and balances. Also many interns are remote so the opportunity to meet many in person is limited. Also return offers are not guaranteed even if you do well!
