D3 Data Science team has a great leadership team that is actively trying to create a positive culture. Allstate has very strong brand recognition and a solid balance sheet. They provide a very valuable service to their customers, and you can count on Allstate to pay claims fairly. If they can figure out how to better price and deliver in the digital age, they have a great opportunity to compete with Progressive and the new Fintech companies that are grabbing market share.

ATSV (IT Dept) is a mixed bag, many folks are way overworked (and underpaid) especially managers. However, at the same time there is a lot of dead weight that needs to be trimmed from the IT ranks. Lot's of problems in this division. Finance division is full of political monsters looking out for their own careers while providing little value to the company overall - stay away from the 360 Finance Team.
