Minpunten

There's a lot of red tape. Many processes are redundant. Meeting occur too often with too many people involved.

Large Stable company, decent benefits, provide social gathering opportunities for remote employees.

Minpunten

Communication is not the best. from leadership down or between departments. Perception is valued higher then performance. Under stress people may turn hostile and the leadership is not equipped to address in well. In case of my manager some of the expectations were not reasonable.
