Allstate offers many benefits in the office including flexible work hours, tuition reimbursement, on site child care, work-life balance, employee education & development programs, paid time off, clear line of sight to company goal. Allstate also offers benefits out the office including community involvement, grants for your favorite charities and Allstate matches your donations.

Minpunten

Everything at Allstate is above and beyond other companies except the health benefits, these are on par with most other companies; not bad by any means but average.

Large Stable company, decent benefits, provide social gathering opportunities for remote employees.

Minpunten

Communication is not the best. from leadership down or between departments. Perception is valued higher then performance. Under stress people may turn hostile and the leadership is not equipped to address in well. In case of my manager some of the expectations were not reasonable.
