Minpunten
The company lacks employee friendly policies and could benefit from bridging the gap between employees and management. There's no clear criteria regarding promotions and increments and even if you deliver good performance, bonuses are in most cases not given. The management also seems to have a dismissive attitude to valid problems and has a tendency to label you as emotional. Gaslighting is normalised and perception, in my experience, matters more than output. You're expected to go above and beyond, stay on your desk for hours to 'look like you're working' but never rewarded for that. It's mostly about favoritism and whether the senior manager likes you or not, you can't even challenge them. Personally I've worked in companies that offer a more flexible environment to employees, and that's what I'd recommend anyone who's considering this company. It has a lot of potential, but politics, egotism, and a reluctance to progress is what's holding this workplace back.
