Really poor senior leadership. Merger and MRP rollout were catastrophic. Got rid of smaller customers to take on bigger clients without securing business leaving big volume gaps. Lost a lot more volume late 2022 and onward due to overcharging customers and poor quality. Repeated failures to secure new business since then have led to years of failures to meet budget and production targets. 5 layoffs in 7 years. Repeated hiring freezes. Many people's jobs "eliminated" outside of layoffs. 2 plant closures in last 3 years. Very high turnover at all levels of organization from shop floor to managers and leadership. Company grew by acquiring through leverage and debt. Debt repayment has led to severe profitability and liquidity issues. Private equity owners had to undertake $50 million bailout in 2022 to prevent default.
