Consistent work and co-workers are nice. Benefits are good compared to other companies.

Upper management will watch to you on the cameras and berate you in front of your peers based on what they see or hear. Your punctuality is more important than the quality of your work. All of the executive team are related and rarely hold themselves accountable for mistakes. HR is not unbiased as the manager is the wife of the VP.
