Minpunten

Poor work life balance. Constant poush from managers and CEO for overtime. Overtime gets normalised with no benefit of even compensatory leaves for working on holidays. HR is powerless and acts just as voice of CEO. Very little leave per year and that too is very difficult to avail. Zero work from home policy even in case of emergency cases. Overall a very poorly managed company that survive by exploiting employees
