      short tenure for most developers leads to inconsistent team ability and experience with little employee development. instability in management leads to a lack of direction for teams and projects, the failures of which frequently fall on individual contributors with no advocates in larger quarter planning to obtain direction or resourcing in the long term. Management is incentivized to generate "unregretted attrition," meaning team managers are encouraged to locate the lowest relative performers regardless of absolute ability and facilitate their leaving.

      *Big brand on my resume which is always great *Plenty of competent engineers and the standard for engineering is also quiet high which made me work harder *Some of the people you meet are incredibly nice and happy to help you with anything

      *Some sense of bureaucracy *Some management can feel strongly opinionated *Some management can lack involvement during the experience *Location is inconvenient; Living situation is not the nicest + expensive and commuting would result in a larger cost of living plus a larger time sacrifice ***This review reflects my experience and is not reflective of other interns in other teams ***I did have failures to meet deadlines and suffered largely due to this which in turn effected the rest of my internship and related performance
