Ambujex is a "work hard, play hard" company. They are sensitive to work/life balance and are very generous to the employees. The employees work hard, have great incentives to succeed, and have a good time together. Good work culture.

Some managers are not managers; well, not good managers. There is a huge disconnect between managers and employees. There is a lack of respect among sales, recruiters and their respective managers. Meetings are way too long and unproductive and threats are issued unnecessarily.

cutting edge technologies work . we have good work environment here and I am fully satisfied with company. Please ignore the bad reviews some non performing ex employees writing. If you can able to perform , This is right place for you. If you not able to perform, This is worst place for you. I have learned many new technologies here compared to my last big MNC company. I working here from last three years never find any salary delay issue. People who writing this to satisfy their ego as they have been fired for non performance.
