Minpunten
Underpaid, owner only cares about his money and treats his staff badly when working here 2-3 years ago. expected to do training at home which requires a lot of studying and come to educational meetings often with the knowledge and if you don’t you get in trouble. Culture is terrible you always feel like you’re being micro managed or judged. Old till payment system which creates a lot of transaction errors and the staff is to blame. Too KPI focused. Some customers wan to be left alone. Always closing the store 10-15 minutes after but still don’t get paid for finishing late which is unfair. . Eg store closes at 9 so pay is til 9. staff should be paid til 9:15 etc.
