understaffed. work load falls on you and your lead training needs improvement. no work culture what-so-ever. I never met one person there that enjoyed their job..... they tolerated it. machines don't work properly. so be prepared to get frustrated. I was a person that gave a 100 percent at work.... if I wanted to come in the next day not tired or sore I needed to give only 75% high stress. hardly any supervision.
