Pluspunten

If you are lucky then you will get chance to travel outside of India for a month only in a year. Apart from this I don't think they have any pros.

Minpunten

Bad work life balance. There is a lot of politics in some projects. And if you get one of that then they will ruin your life. If you can boast too much then this place is for you.

Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
