No red tape culture. Open environment and flexible timings. They continuously try to evolve and provide a better experience.

Minpunten

Business needs restrict them to adopt cutting edge technologies. The company can hire better graduates to work with better compensation.

Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
