Pluspunten
Below points I would highlight for Amdocs 1) People can learn lot of things here. Almost Amdocs work in most of the cutting edge technologies like React Js, Java, Spring, MS, etc. 2) Company's Infrastructure is good and located in Magarpatta in Pune. 3) Work friendly env in some teams & not all over the Amdocs. 4) Taking care of employees especially for Female Employee. 5) Compensation / Allowances are okay okay. Not so good 6) There is no concept of 'On Bench' in Amdocs. So not to worry about lay off. Company generally dont lay off.
Minpunten
1) If you have lower package then dont expect anything from company that it will be revised. There is no policy to revised package like other companies have. 2) Bonus and increment is okay okay ..
