U get discounted lunch/dinner coupon with free fruits and sandwich. Some vouchers etc . Onsite if you are good at boot licking of useless managers

Minpunten

Lots of work pressure in some of the AT&T project. If you are lucky not to get one of those project then you will mostly be seen at TT room playing

Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
