Global influencer of most Telcom, satellite and cable providers through good OSS / BSS and integrated technologies. Opportunity to travel and work with great customers on innovative platforms and transformations.

Minpunten

Nepotism at its worst. Stagnant regional pillars of staunch 'lifers' who have little regard for customers - and even less for the employees.

Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
