If you get an offer from iOSS doc team and you want to save your career then don't join. Too much of egoistic people every where. Stay away from Sr. Manager, doc manager and HR. They are not running a unit but they are running a gang. Even the doc manager is no less as I had to move out of the team to save myself. They will make sure to make your life and career a living hell. They dont even know how to maintain a dignity of a woman. The worst part is that even if you complain against them, still the management is always biased and ruins your career. There is no growth and hikes, on top of that they wont even encourage you to take IJPs. If you are cought applying for IJPs then you can be fired or even worst.
