Good products on telecom. Lots of telco clients across the globe. Good for India.

Minpunten

Works mainly on offshoring model. People in US are always a risk of being laid off. I would not recommend for joining Amdocs in USA.

Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
