      Being able to serve those who served in the military and who absolutely need it. The coworkers either make it or break it.

      Minpunten

      Would not recommend it, as there is a lack of support. This organization is not properly structured, and management needs a refresher in training. This is a number driven company, that will leave you alone to either sink or swim.

      Minpunten

      Management doesn't train, they expect you to make numbers and will harass you constantly. Placements are hard with ECBO, because the population you are dealing with have sex offenses in their records, are actively using and/ or move around to different shelters.
