Also directed by Manager to hold down patients if necessary to do testing as an unlicensed optician. Even if they were as young as four years old or as old as 100, even if they were physically in pain or discomfort. District managers, as well as Store managers, gossip about employees and patients in front of them as well as behind closed doors. They also host Store meetings aimed to intimidate and target certain employees. Direct Manager privately stated that meeting was to discuss a single employee and how they can improve to best fit workplace culture. That specific person was also asked to directly address group to see what they can improve on. In which no one gave any suggestions leaving that entire meeting pointless
