-Upper management allows bad managers to stay in their positions as long as budgets are made -Bullying by management happens often -Upper management will talk to white employees and ignore POC employees standing in the same space -When management tried to address the employee concerns and Glassdoor complains about racism, they had the same racist managers talk to the people who report to them, so it seemed disingenuous -HR reports to CFO which is a conflict of interest -Requests for exit interviews get ignored by HR -Selling an out dated product -If employees complain or mention issues they are labeled trouble makers -Little room for growth; most employees in sales have the same titles/positions for 10+ years
