Poor Management - werkgeversreview Process Lamination Engineer bij Amphenol

Management doesn't know what they are doing. I was given my yearly bonus, then weeks later my review with raise. Approx. 2 weeks after that they laid several employees off. I applied for positions throughout several months. The interviews went great. Once it got to upper management I was no longer being considered. No explanation was given as to why.
