The learning curve at Ampush is wildly steep. If I were starting my career today, I'd have Ampush at the top of my list for places to work. You're given the opportunity to step into real and unique levels of ownership quickly and, after a couple years at Ampush under your belt, you'll have developed an effective approach to problem solving and a functional Growth skillset that is in super high demand The focus on Direct-to-Consumer company Growth means that the client set tends to be interesting, visible, fast paced, and innovative. I loved the exposure I got to companies from seed/A stage up through household-name DTC brands. Growth moves at a fast pace and ampush is no exception Ampush embraces both the art and the science of Growth, leaning into both creative/design brainstorming sessions on things like ad creative, site designs, messaging concepts, etc while also being best-in-class from a data+eng perspective

Professional services (client facing) work is diverse but challenging and isn't for everyone. There can be multiple people please in this environment (eg, your direct manager, the CMO of your client company, etc) Expectations are (unusually) high for Ampush employees. For me, this was a pro but I know this was non-ideal for some. Its not a slow paced 9-5. Those that thrive at Ampush tend to like being directly challenged and asked to push, innovate, and find new ways to unlock growth
