And though we have no obligation to hire interns at the conclusion of the 14-week program, when entry-level job openings become available we generally look to fill them with past interns. In fact, since we began our formal internship program we've ultimately employed 38% of interns who had completed college level degrees and our program, and the other 62% who were actively looking to seek a career in digital were employed within the industry; 90% were employed no later than 1 month after the internship ended!
