The CEO who is also the founder of the company decides things based on how long they know the employees. If you drive to work, you are eligible to WFH on a stormy day, but if you use public transportation then you must go to the office.(Somehow, car owners can't commute?) The CEO talks about employees with other employees who is not an HR person. Basically, the CEO tries to control everything. Everything. It is not a professional work environment.

We are very sorry to hear that you had a negative experience working with our company. Compassion and taking care of our employees like family is a core value at our company, employees that have been with the company longer will have certain accesses that others will need to earn. The commuting comment refers to pre-pandemic times and we are now working in a hybrid environment. Before that time, those who were travelling to work via public transport were expected to come to the office, those who drove may have been able to work from home during very specific circumstances (due to bad weather etc) to ensure their safety. We apologize again for the negative experience you had with our company and wish you all the best with your future projects.

Analyticsmart is the typical workplace where they sell you anything and everything during the interview, and treat you like a number after.
