Honestly, this has been such a refreshing experience, especially compared to most other jobs in India. It’s one of the first times I’ve felt like I’m actually trusted to figure things out and take initiative, instead of just being told exactly what to do. Also, it’s just a really exciting place to be right now with all the AI and semantic stuff we’re building. You end up learning a lot really fast. If you like figuring things out on the go, trying new things, and not being stuck in a fixed role, you’ll genuinely enjoy it here. It has that proper startup vibe - things move fast and you just have to just go for it. The people are the best part. Super chill, really close-knit, and just easy to work with. It doesn’t feel corporate at all - more like working with friends. It’s easy to speak up or share ideas. Overall, great place if you want to grow quickly, work on AI, and be around good people.
