This office and company is great enough that I am, in all seriousness, almost superstitious about posting about how great it is. The management is doing a fine job of keeping a company both focused and flexible. The flexibility can also make work a bit difficult, in that other groups can change personnel and teams without that knowledge propagating easily. The most enjoyable part of the job is working with people who are universally interested in learning and applying knowledge to an overall task that's pretty hard to argue with - getting people good jobs.

I have worked just for 3 months with ACT I would like to describe one by one: HR team: i dont how they hired even they do not know how to prepare offer letter and proper communication. Accounts team: always busy without work.they feels that they are paying salaries from their pockets Director: The worst director I never seen,He just surviving only becoz relative of management. Everybody works under pressure and lot of politics. management even dont know how to behave with employees.uses lot of bad words in front of female employees. No salaries intime, some times get after 15th f every month. firing and hiring always.Dont know y they fires the resource.
