My SDR Manager, Daniel, is one of the best leaders I’ve ever had the opportunity to work with. He invests time in coaching, mentoring, and helping his team grow professionally. Since joining the company, I’ve learned invaluable sales skills and developed a level of passion and confidence that has made me excited to come to work every day. The company culture is second to none. Anatomage invests heavily in its employees and creates an environment where people can thrive. Even small things, such as providing catered lunches every day, demonstrate how much the company values its team. It’s a level of care and appreciation that I’ve never experienced elsewhere. Can’t think of any other than benefits were decent

Just run. I don’t care if you’re out of a job, the economy is bad, you’ve been searching for months…just don’t do it. Management from the top down is just absolutely horrible. The SDR Manager is one of the worst managers to ever exist. Let’s put it this way, he picks his target for the month (or months) and decides to belittle you and humiliate you in the most odd ways. He is a micromanager in every sense. He holds weekly 1 on 1s with nothing valuable or important to say unless it’s to get “on you” for the most insignificant thing. He has no social cues yet is a sales manager…doesn’t make sense. Upper management is even worse, a lot of bad reviews have been removed before this that gave more detail on how that was like. To put it in a few words everything is based on CEO’s mood for the day, they don’t have a C-Suite board of decision makers because he likes to have his input and his input only, the only good thing going for them is their classic Anatomage table and that’s basically it - no other products have done well.
