Pluspunten

Relatively pleasant work environment, they are flexible with time off.

Minpunten

Completely antiquated computer systems running on Windows XP with no plans to upgrade anytime soon (or ever). Each aspect of systems are separate and do not communicate with each other (purchasing, accounting, sales, items, etc.) Pay is not competitive and Sales Commission structure is not good. Employee turnover is ridiculously high because all these reasons.

Good Location and working hours. Clean modern facility. Helpful co-workers.

Minpunten

Chur and Burn People. Not competitive on many items sold. Data management concepts from the 70's at best. Old systems.
