It is an okay place to land a first job, as soon as you get year or more of experience I'd advice to look for better place of employment

Minpunten

Still work with Russian Alfa bank and Sber Bank. Willing to outsource their employees with 1 year of experience as middle developers with 3-4 years of experience, arguing that experience will be worth it. The salary increase is unexistant. They can push to work you in your paid vacation days.
