Pluspunten

Lots of extra activities besides the project (mentorship, project estimations, tech interviews, etc.). All of them are extra paid, so you may have a good bonus to your salary. Atmosphere in the company is good. It is possible to work fully-remote or have a hybrid

Minpunten

Unfortunately, most of the activities are going to annual bonus (previously it was monthly bonus). If there is no new Project then company may keep you on bench for a some period (like a few weeks), but it is a high risk to be fired. Not easy to boost your salary if you don't participate in extra activities.

We understand your frustration regarding the negative aspects you mentioned, but unfortunately, they are just peculiarities of the current IT outsourcing market.
