Very toxic management, the company is obviously not doing great financially, and the ones paying up for it are the employees. They use threat tactics, in general the whole company is holding on fear and burnout. Some do enjoy it due to low self-esteem and others flourish, since they can "legally" abuse others. The salaries are on the market minimum, but you will have to work 24/8 and still be punished by the management. Honestly, not worth at all to make such sacrifices
