They were not honest with me; they promised me relocation to Canada after 1 year of remote work, but I later discovered that they hired me for a specific and boring task, and they terminated my employment as soon as I completed the project and reached 1 year with the company. I didn't receive feedback from my managers, and they didn't include me in company activities either.

Health benefits leave a lot to be desired Pay is only competitive if you live in a major city with a higher cost of living Executive team pivots on a whim, which doesn't always work out Empathy and diversity are severely lacking at the company
