Competitive salary and benefits, and friendly coworkers, they make an effort to provide the tools you need to do your job.

Minpunten

Sue to size, they tend to be a body shop - if a contract ends, they generally do not have available comparable positions. If the win a contract, they will offer positions to incumbents, but not always at the rate they were previously getting.

The work life balance is the biggest perk here. The people here that works here is also great! Management really looks out for you and the company is always hosting something, even PGA tickets are available at times

Minpunten

The pay isn't competitive. The tech stack is a little outdated but its not really the company fault, its just the nature of the government work and how slow it can be to get those things implemented.
