Good colleagues. Salary is just okay.
Minpunten
How many times should a concern be brought up before it's finally addressed? Why the many surveys focused on improvement and suggestions when nothing ever changes? First and foremost, the management set up is completely unnecessary; someone is a manger, that has a manager, that has a supervisor, that has a lead, that has a senior "something". Then when it's time to get on phones, there's no one that can help. Everyone is always on a meeting for no apparent reason, all day, every day. I've gone weeks without a reply from my direct lead and honestly, if you're not helping your team then what are you doing? "Stealing company time" as they like to call it. They will 100% micromanage you, then tell you to improve once things have blown out of proportion. Good employees get the short end of the stick while the lazy favorites do the bare minimum. Changes in rules, formats, and ways of working change daily and must be implemented immediately. Their phone system is subpart, will crash and cause disruptions in the workflow which they blame the employees for. The third party partners transfer patients that are not qualified, not wanting service, or are completely lied to. Employees get a bonus only after making the company thousands of dollars. At first I had hope in the company and the services they offer, now all I feel is stress and disappointment. I cannot wait to move onto something better.
