Pluspunten
Newer pharmacy with alot of technology available. Seem to be expanding fast. Work hours are nice. Plenty of parking available compared to other places I have worked. Pay is average for industry.
Minpunten
Young and inexperienced management. My supervisor is difficult to communicate with and depending on the day I'm not sure he knows who he reports to. You can ask all the questions you want but is difficult to get a clear answer or direction of what your expected to do. Seems unorganized and many of departments operate differently even though their jobs are the same. Consistency is not a word I would ever use to describe my work day or acknowledgment of workload. Management can also intimidate you. Do not be surprised if you received a call after a post on here is not good requesting you to post a good review. Seems like they are more focused on their image than actually changing things.
