- Management has shown numerous times that they want the operations team to take the fall for their incompetence
- If you're asking too many questions and providing some solutions to problems, they see you as a threat
- Incredibly cutthroat, but no real reason for it
- Have to watch your back constantly, people are not there to help you, you are 1-2 steps away from HR showing you the door for misunderstandings
- 6 Month probation period, you do not get trained in the first 3 months
