Previous reviews are correct in that you are asked to leave a positive review when you start. Only experienced people in the business have no insurance recruitment knowledge so there is no one to learn off. This unfortunately leaves the back office team feeling empowered by the owner to train and manage a junior recruitment team - leading to the inevitability of failing junior consultants and high turnover. Micromanaged, KPIs are important in a business but taken to the extreme here. Not on any insurance PSLs and barely any terms of business. Massive back office function in comparison to billing consultants so massive overheads and a terrible rolling threshold commission scheme. Owner very quick to make decisions without any reasoning, thus creating a very unpredictable environment and thus no motivation for consultants. Junior consultants that have not worked elsewhere and are thus brainwashed into thinking this is a great business, when every other insurance recruitment business is a better place to work.
