The ownership and management team's first priority is always to ensure the safety and success of all of our employees. No decision to reduce waste is ever easy however, in an industry that has experienced over capacity and extreme pricing pressure from it's customers decisions that ultimately benefit the 200+ employees of the company need to be made.
