Pluspunten
Everyone we work with is “animated”. The energy of the company is great, everyone is willing to help and advance each other’s career. You get to work hands on with BCBA’s and offered monthly training with our CCO, Ashley Fiorelli, who is flat out amazing. I’ve learned more about behavior here than anywhere else and it has made me a better therapist.
After that, the localization of clients is much more efficient than companies I have worked for in the past. When the hours accrue, you are almost always approved of time off and this company HAS YOUR BACK! I am a current employee and I feel comfortable reaching out to the founder, co founder, the CCO, HR, scheduling, and so on. Everyone here really is spectacular and I can’t express that enough.
Minpunten
The only con is it is hard to get 40 hours in a work week. With that being said, they troubleshoot and troubleshoot and do whatever they can to fulfill requests, but kids get sick, they go on vacations, and I believe that it is simply a part of the job to have inconsistent hours. They do all they can to help by giving replacement work if possible when cancellations happen.
