      Amazing projects. High quality work. Safe environment. Good people.

      The bottom line is that Animax does not compensate the vast majority of its workers fairly for the labour they are receiving. The expectation is that you will work 40 hours a week but often your average week could be anywhere between there and 60 hour depending on your department. And they will not pay overtime. This is the biggest injustice and and heaviest factor people weigh when they are considering leaving.

      The people here are second to none. We have the most passionate, skilled, and creative minds in the industry. The company is evolving, and the new projects on the horizon are bringing energy back to the company that has not been as consistent since pre COVID.

      Minpunten

      New leadership is still working on cleaning up processes from a company that grew too quickly and then was stopped in its tracks with covid. This will take time to restructure all policies and build trust with an international parent company.

      Man, where do I start? Mismanagement is an understatement, labor laws and OSHA don’t exist (even though you will be required to take safety tests every year that have nothing to do with your job), the pay is BEYOND abysmal, they can’t maintain leadership to save their lives, but like everyone else has said, at least the coffee’s free!
